Мандариновый год - Галина Щербакова This was not at all bad. I had a hard time deciding between three or four stars, but since it didn't actually "grab" me, I settled for three stars. This book consists of four novellas, and all of them are good. They are very different from one another, and an interesting thing about Scherbakova is that half of her main characters are men. I like it when women write about men, (and I would like it if men wrote about women, but I can't think of any who do...) and I think she does it very skilfully.
